'Beyond The Haze' LP Released Today!

Today is an exciting day that has been a long time coming, and I’m trying to find the words to describe it. Do you ever experience a certain smell or sound that suddenly transports you back in time? It’s not that it links you to a specific memory, more just a feeling from the past of how you used to be. You’ve been changing so gradually over time in mind and body that it’s jarring in a way, you realize you used to experience the world in a totally different way than you do now. In some ways, this album is like that for me. These songs span across a number of chapters in my life. In some I feel the brashness of youth, what it sounds like to be searching, and in others, balance.

If I’m lucky, one of these songs will stick to you in that way. It might not be for ten years that it comes to fruition, but you’ll hear one of these for the first time in a long time, and be flooded with the summer of 2021 — what it feels like to be you right now. And I hope more than anything, you feel like you’re living your best life, or making the right moves to get there. And you’ll hear one of these songs, and you won’t know why, but for a second you’ll be transported into that way of being — not because the song is transformational, but merely a mile marker in your journey.
